Klin d'oeil boutique in Paris's 11th arrondissement will be the setting for an exceptional group exhibition focusing on FLOWERS.
From March to June, immerse yourself in a colourful universe where the creations of illustrators, ceramists, textile designers and other emerging talents mingle. We're delighted to announce that Fleurs d'hiver will be showcasing and selling its homemade flower and honey infusions.
This exhibition is the perfect opportunity to discover these unique infusions while exploring the gallery's favourites: decor, ceramics, stationery, illustrations, accessories and jewellery. A Herbal Infusion for a Fresh Year in Papier magazine
New Year Infusion Mix :
Give this recipe a try first thing in the morning and see how you feel for the rest of the day. It just takes a few simple ingredients and 5 easy steps.
Ingredients & accessories :
~ Sterilised glass jar (You can sterilise by immersing your jar in boiling water for 10 minutes.) ~ Honey ~ 1 organic untreated orange cut into slices ~ 1 organic untreated lemon cut into slices ~ Peeled ginger cut in small slices ~ Two cinnamon sticks ~ Thyme bunches
Method :
~ Carefully arrange all ingredients in your jar. ~ Pour the honey on the top of it until the jar is full. ~ Leave in the fridge for a night. ~ Use one spoon of this mix in your preferred mug and pour the boiled water over it. ~ Let it infuse for 6 minutes, relax and enjoy! ~ You can keep your infusion mix in the fridge for a month.

Comforting natural infusion for quarantine days :
What you will need for 1 liter : 🍊 3 slices of untreated Orange
🍊 2 slices of untreated Grapefruit
🌿 4 branches of Rosemary (fresh or dried)
💫 To boost your immunity system, add some sliced ginger.
🍯 3 tbsp of your preferred honey
Pour simmering water to infuse the ingredients.
Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
Enjoy it warm or let it cool down for a refreshing infusion!
Before serving, you can also rub the rim of your glass with the ginger to add a bit of spice ;)
